Treatment
If we find any signs of termites during the inspection, we'll treat the areas of infestation with a termiticide. We'll then install the Advanced Termite Baiting System to protect your house in the long term. This system involves the installation of bait stations into the soil around the perimeter of your home.
This baiting system is less invasive than drilling unnecessary holes around the home. This non-invasive system works when termites take the bait and bring it back to their colony. The active ingredient in the bait can be spread from termite to termite until all have been eliminated.
Follow-Up
Your Advanced Termite Baiting System comes with a one-year renewable and transferable warranty. We will return to your home once a year to perform a termite inspection and check your system's bait levels. If any termites are found during our yearly visit, we will retreat the home at no additional charge.
WDO/WDI Reports
If you are purchasing a new home or refinancing your current one, your lender may require you to file a WDO/WDI (wood-destroying organism/wood-destroying insect) report.
